Using Accurint/Lexis Nexis in Family Connections

If your Accurint/Lexis Nexis integration is not working

If you have an account rep with Lexis Nexis, reach out to them and find out if you have what's called an XML account. An XML account is a system-to-system account that is needed to use within Family Connections.

If you do have an XML account here are the instructions for setting it up within Family Connections:

Please enter your Accurint XML credentials below to complete the integration or click here to learn more about setting up an account.

(1) To utilize the Accurint integration within Family Connections, your account will need access to the following search functions:

  • BpsSearch

  • BpsReport

(2) Your Account Administrator will need to contact Accurint Web Services and whitelist the Connect Our Kids IP address below on your Accurint account. This only needs to be completed once per account.

  • IP Address: 34.70.14.130

When you've completed the above steps, return to the Accurint login within Family Connections and enter your XML credentials. Your credentials will be saved and you will not need to enter them next time.
