Use the "Add Relationship" button when you want to narrow down your search. For example, I am wanting to locate contact information for Sally Smith that lives in Denver, CO but I get thousands of results. I can use the "Add Relationship" if I know that Sally Smith was married to a John Smith (see screenshot below).

Now, when I click search, I will see results for Sally Smith, that live(s/d) in Denver, CO that has(d) a John Smith relative. Remember that our search tool is searching for public information so search for adults (18 years old and over). You can use the "Add Relationship" for any type of relationship like relatives, significant others, or spouses.
